Conor Lambe

Conor is the head of our property and private client department. He has extensive experience advising private clients on residential and commercial property transactions, remortgages, wills and succession planning, probate and estate administration.
He is known for his practical, approachable manner and for taking the time to understand each client’s circumstances, objectives and long-term priorities. Clients value his clear advice, attention to detail and ability to guide them through important life events with confidence and reassurance.
As a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), Conor has particular expertise in wills, probate and estate administration. He advises executors, trustees and beneficiaries on all aspects of estate administration, including the extraction of Grants of Probate and the efficient transfer of assets.
Conor also works closely with the firm’s family law team, advising on the transfer and restructuring of family and business assets arising from separation and divorce. This collaborative approach ensures clients receive practical and joined-up advice across all aspects of their affairs.
Whether assisting a first-time buyer, advising a family on succession planning, or helping an executor administer an estate, Conor’s focus is always on providing clear, practical advice and achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.
