Vivienne Filgate

Vivienne is a senior family law solicitor with O’Connor & Bergin. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin before qualifying as a solicitor. She has many years’ experience in all areas of family law including negotiating separation agreements, divorce and separation, access and custody arrangements, maintenance issues, domestic violence issues, barring orders and dispute resolution.

Her approach is to provide step by step guidance and support to clients in achieving the best outcome and result possible for them in difficult circumstances and she brings all of her expertise and knowledge to bear on the negotiation process and court cases.

Vivienne is a member of The Law Society of Ireland, the DSBA and the Family Lawyers Association. She is also on the Family Law committee of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
